“生，容易；活，容易；生活，不容易。”多年前这句话在网上蹿红，引起很多人的共鸣。只是那时我还在上学，并没有更多染指生活，感觉这句话只是一个段子，仅此。多年后结婚生子，才感受到这句话的内涵有多深。
生活本就不易，革命本钱自要保护，加上家族老人有三高病史，不如狗的中年我自然要对身体更为在意。所以我之前就入手了家用的血糖监测仪，便于监控自己的血糖状况，但每次都需要扎破手指取血，总感觉很麻烦，呵护还不够，于是寻觅到可以监控血糖波动趋势的手表。惊喜万分，果断入手使用。
